Chanell
Chanell grew up in the Metro Detroit area and attended Farmington Harrison High School. She later received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Sociology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Her love for the City of Detroit stemmed from working for a non-profit youth arts organization after leaving the University. Chanell has been an entrepreneur since childhood; always seeking ways to turn good ideas into great opportunities for business. When she first heard of Bizdom U she was convinced it was the opportunity of her lifetime. She is determined to develop outstanding entrepreneurial and leadership skills, and is excited to employ them throughout her future.
Tawnya
Born and raised in the City of Detroit, Tawnya graduated from Murray Wright High School. She attended Henry Ford Community College and eventually transferred to Wayne State University (WSU) to pursue a major in Business on a part-time basis. Throughout these endeavors, she maintained employment in customer service related positions and advanced accordingly. Recently, the entrepreneurial bug began to bite inspiring Tawnya to search for ways to pursue her interest in entrepreneurship. She heard about Bizdom U from a mentor and plans to apply her training toward her creation of an apparel design business.
Mason
Mason was born and raised in metro Detroit and became interested in entrepreneurship at a very young age. He attended West Bloomfield high school and graduated in 2005. After entering college he soon learned that it was not for him and chose to devote his time to entrepreneurship. He attends Bizdom U with the intention of developing his entrepreneurial mindset. He plans to start a successful Internet company and has set his goals on one day owning a network of related companies. While building his companies in Detroit he hopes to help with the economic and social growth of the city. "Business is the best sport in the World" is Mason's favorite quote.
